Dear Property Owner:
A request for a Special Exception Use and a Variance has been filed with the Board of
Adjustment of the City of Southlake.
Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(1) for a
domestic employee or family quarters and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, as
amended, Section 10.5(j)(iii)(2), requiring Accessory Buildings to be no taller than 20
feet on a property described as Lot 6, H. Granberry No. 581 Addition, an addition to the
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 911 S. White Chapel Blvd.,
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: βRE-5β Residential Estate District. SPIN
District #9
The purpose of this request is for a detached family dwelling unit and garage with a height
variance request not to exceed 30β.

changes are often made during the review process.
