REGULAR SESSION: 6:30 P.M.
1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter
of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session.
a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to
consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters
posted on this agenda.
b. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.
3. Consider: Approval of the minutes of the May 25, 2023, Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
4. Administrative Comments.
5. Request to Withdraw: ZBA23-0009, Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended,
Section 44.12(6) for a reduction to the required setback for a residential accessory structure on a
property described as Lot 29, Block 9, Carillon Lakes Phase 5A, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas, and located at 901 La Salle Lane, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "ECZ"
Employment Center Zoning District. PUBLIC HEARING Tabled from the May 25, 2023 regular meeting,
and administratively tabled from the June 29, 2023 due to meeting cancellation. Applicant has since
requested to withdraw the item from consideration.
6. Consider: ZBA23-0012, Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(1)
for a domestic employee or family quarters on a property described as Lot 4, O.W. Knight Addition, an
addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 610 Byron Nelson Pkwy., Southlake,
Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-30" Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING
