3. According to the Flood Insurance Rate Map No. 48439CO090L, published by the Federal Emergency Management

WHEREAS, Mark W. Stanfield and Melva G. Stanfield, are the owners of all that certain 6.965 acres of land, by
virtue of the deeds recorded in Volume 13551, Page 61, Volume 13112, Page 260, and Document Number
D206079530 in the Public Records of Tarrant County, Texas (P.R.T.C.T.), in the J. G. Allen Survey, A-18, City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and more particularly described by the metes and bounds as follows: (all
bearings shown hereon are based on the Texas Coordinate System of 1983, North Central Zone)
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod found for the southeast corner of said 3.824 acre tract, common to the southeast
corner of the herein described tract, in the west right-of-way line of Davis Boulevard (120' Right -Of -Way);
THENCE North 89° 23' 37" West - 667.90' to a 1/2" iron with a cap stamped "SPRY 5647" set for the southwest
corner of the herein described tract, comm to the southwest corner of said 3.824 acre tract, in the east line of
