RE: Wheelhouse Addition Variance Request
Dear Mr. Dennis Killough,
On behalf of Wheelhouse Garages, LLC and Wheelhouse Retail, LLC, I respectfully
request variance to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, as amended, Section 4.01.I
“Expiration of Plats” and a Plat Extension for Cases ZA20-005 and ZA20-007,
Preliminary and Final Plat for Stanfield Addition (fks /Wheelhouse Addition) on property
described as Tracts 6C01A, 6C02, 6C and 6C03, Jesse G. Allen Survey, Abstract No. 18,
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 880-950 Davis Blvd. (F.M. 1938),
Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District and “I-1” Light
Industrial District. SPIN Neighborhood #11.
The project has experienced unforeseen delays related to the Covid-19 pandemic as well
as unanticipated drainage studies which were determined to be required through the final
design review process. Construction on the project is expected to commence within the
next 2 months.
