Allen Survey, Abstract No. 18, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 880-950 Davis Blvd. (F.M. 1938), Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District and “I-1” Light Industrial District. SPIN Neighborhood #11. The project has experienced unforeseen delays related to the Covid-19 pandemic as well as unanticipated drainage studies which were determined to be required through the final design review process.
