• Purpose: The purpose of this request is to consider Site Plan approval for a
minor change and increase in area to a HVAC chiller area located at the rear
of the property.

Your property has been identified as being within 300 feet of the above referenced Site Plan
application. A public hearing will be held by the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission
on August 3, 2023 at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 1400 Main Street, Southlake,
Texas.

Change.
