I, Jahn M. Sitevonson. Mayor of the Town of Southlake, Texnas
by virtue of the power vested in mea by low, do hereby order that an
election be field In the Town of Southiake. Toxps. an April 5. 1960,
being the first Tuesday thereof, for the .purpose of electing the
following officers of said Town:
Three Councilmen for places 3. 4 and 3 for a term of
two years. from April 1. 1960, or until their successors
are duly elected and qualified. Candiates for the
offices of such places receiving the tzighessst number of
votes shall be elected to atreh oftice n and places for
a term of two years, from April 1. 1960.
And, that; said election shall be held at the Carroll School

ELECTION NOTICE
The Marshal is hereby directed and instruated to post a property
executed copy of this order and notice of election at the Carroll
School, the places where this election will be held. and at two other
publics places within the Town. Sold notice shall be postod thirty
days before thea date of sold election.

RRSOLUTION NO, 14
WHEREAS. pursuant to the provisions of Tide 28, Chapter 119
of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas,, it is provided that there
shall be held in each municipality in the State of Texas on the
first Tuesday in April of eaeoh year. `a general election for the
purpose of electing offioors of said municipality.

THAT the Town Council of the Torn of Southlalce. Terns. at a
regular meeting held this dote. does hereby order an election of
officers,for the Town of Soutshlako, Texns.,to be hold on Tuesday,
April 5, 1960, for the purpose of electing Three Councilmen for
pieces, 3, 4 and S for a term of two yours.;, e andidat:os for the
offices of such places receiving the highest number of votes shall
be elected to such offices and places for a terra cif two yenro,
from April 1. 1960.

herein provided for by filing his sworn application with the Mayor
