Presently have a proposal working with the Property Owner on a new lease with renewal options contingent upon Specific
Use Permit approval.
We are requesting the Special Use Permit for 1609 Hart Street, Suite 100 which is approximately 2,995 sf and the building is
5,995 sf.
The open warehouse space will be used mobile van indoor parking (security protocols) and procedure rooms.
No exterior modifications are necessary or planned in connection with this use.
Attached is a Parking Analysis Chart reflecting the other tenant uses in the Mosaic Hart Industrial Park which is comprised of 6
office/flex buildings of similar age and size.
