options contingent upon Specific Use Permit. Primary Use is training and the wellness component are additional services offered clients/members. Wellness services available to
training clients and public; however, all services are by appointment only and no-walkiins.

As a Personal Training studio, we will focus one on one training and team training. The club will not be an open gym membership club. We will cater to those clients that
