RE: ZA23-0016 – Site Plan – SiteOne Landscape Supply
Please accept the following letter as formal written variance request:
Zoning Code Section 42: Bufferyards
Requesting variance to the buffer yard regulations, specifically the requested buffers along the
portions of the property that are to remain in its current condition. The request is to keep the
northern line, western line adjacent to Brumlow Ave, Half of the eastern line, and the interior
property line without a buffer until the remainder of the property is developed. We feel that this
request will propose an unnecessary cost burden on the applicant relative to the size of this
project.
We feel that this request will not cause substantial detriment to the public as we are only
requesting that these buffers are not installed at the time of this development. If and when the
remainder of the property is developed buffers will be installed at that time.
