The applicant requests to only provide bufferyards along the portion of the site being developed at this time as shown on the Landscape Plan. Variance to the Driveway Ordinance No. 634, as amended, Section 5.1, requiring centerline spacing of driveways along an Arterial roadway to be 250’. The applicant proposes using two existing driveways currently spaced at approximately 55’.
