the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 671 State Street,
Southlake, Texas.
• Current Zoning: "DT" Downtown District
• The purpose of this request is to Consider a Site Plan for a new commercial
building that is in conformance with the adopted Development Plan.
