706, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 610 Shady
Oaks Dr., Southlake, Texas. SPIN Neighborhood #9.
• Current Zoning: “AG” Agricultural District.
• Requested Zoning: “SF-20A” Single Family Residential District.
• Purpose: The purpose of this request is to rezone a tract of land from “AG” to
“SF-20A” in order to plat the property and construct a new home on the site.

application. A public hearing will be held by the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission
on May 18, 2023 at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 1400 Main Street, Southlake,
Texas.

Change.
