of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 610 Byron Nelson Pkwy,
Southlake, Texas. SPIN Neighborhood #9.
•Current Zoning: “SF-20B” Single Family Residential District.
•Requested Zoning: “SF-30” Single Family Residential District.
•Purpose: The purpose of this request is to rezone the property from
“SF-20B” to “SF-30” in order to be eligible to seek a Special Exception
Use for a Domestic Employee or Family Quarters.

application. A public hearing will be held by the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission

Change.
