and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of Southlake, Grantee
herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual easement for the purpose of
installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and operating utilities in,
into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-
wit:
Being a permanent utility easement and temporary construction easement described as follows:
See attached Exhibit 'A I for graphic depiction
See attached Exhibit 'B' for metes and bounds description together with the right of
ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and
singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever; and We do hereby certify that We are the owners of the
property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to forever
defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

Being 0.025 of an acre ofland, more or less, situated in the W.W. Hall Survey, Abstract No. 687,
City ofSouthlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Lot 15RA, Block 1 of Mission Hills
Estates as recorded in Volwne 388-191, Page 31 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Being a 10 foot wide strip of land being east of and contiguous and continuous with an existing 15'
utility easement recorded in the Mission Hill Estates plat (Vol. 388-191, p. 31) (P.R.T.C.T.), the
southeast corner of said existing 15' utility easement being a distance of 165.29 feet from the
southwest corner of Lot 15RA, containing 0.025 acres or 1,100 square feet ofland.
