Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt

conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of Southlake, Grantee
herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual easement for the purpose of
installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and operating utilities in,
into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-

Permanent Utility Easement
Being 0.084 of an acre ofland, more or less, situated in the W.W. Hall Survey, Abstract No. 687,
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of Lot 18, Block 1 of Mission Hills
Estates as recorded in Volume 388-158, Page 83 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a 1/2" iron pin found, said point being the northeast comer of said Lot 18
and in the east right-of-way of San Juan Drive;
