1. Call to Order— Meeting was called to order at 4:18 PM by Secretary Allison Bedwell.
2. Consent
A. Approve the minutes from the Southlake Youth Action Commission meeting
held March 20, 2023- Motion to approve the minutes with no corrections was
made by Vice Chair Srishthi Das and seconded by Secretary Allison Bedwell.
Motion carried (7-0).
3. Discussion
A. City Ethics Program -
Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez, presented the City Ethics Program
for discussion and was available to answer questions.
Direction to Staff- None.
B. Intern Day Prep —
Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez presented Intern Day Prep for
discussion, provided the designated intern assignments to the Board
members and was available to answer questions.
Direction to Staff- None.

C. City Council Presentation Prep
Assistant to the Director, Milenka Lopez and Community Relations Manager,
Vicky Schiber presented the City Council Presentation for discussion and
allotted time for the Board members to prepare for the presentation and was
available to answer questions.

D. Southlake Presents Wrap Up
Community Relations Manager, Vicky Schiber presented item 4D for
discussion and was available to answer questions.
Direction to Staff- None.
4. Adjournment — Vice Chair Das adjourned the meeting at 5:02 p.m.
