THAT VIRGINIA SANDERS CARLILE of The City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, in
consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid by CLASSICAL CONSTRUCTION, INC. receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, the free and
uninterrupted use, liberty and privilege of the passage in, along, upon and across the following described
property, owned by VIRGINIA SANDERS CARLILE, situated in Tarrant County, Texas, in the O.W.
KNIGHT Survey, Abstract No. 899,
BEING an 0.0073 acre tract of land situated in the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract No. 899, City of
South lake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of that certain tract of land conveyed to
Virginia Sanders by Deed recorded in Volume 7271, Page 2047, of the Deed Records of said County
and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/8" iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said Sanders tract;
THENCE North 00047' 04" West along the Westerly property line of said Sanders tract, a distance
of 15.00 feet to the Northwest corner of 0.0073 acre tract of land;
THENCE departing said West property line, North 890 09' 36" East across said Sanders tract, a
distance of 210.82 feet to the Northeast corner of said 0.0073 acre of land, same being in the Easterly
line of said Sanders tract;
THENCE along the Easterly line, South 000 45' 52" East a distance of 15.00 feet to a 3/8" iron rod
found for the Southeast corner of said Sanders tract also being the said Southeast corner of said
0.0073 acre tract;
l1-IENCE along the Southerly line of said Sanders tract, South 890 09' 36" West, a distance of 210.81
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 3,162 square feet or 0.073 acre of land.

the purpose of making additions to, improvements on and repairs to the said any part thereof.
