Action Requested: Approve an Encroachment and Joint Use Agreement for a fence within the drainage easement being located at 808 Jamestown Lane. Background Information: The Developer of 808 Jamestown Lane is requesting to construct a fence within a drainage easement located along the rear of the property. There are no City utilities within this easement. The purpose of this item is to seek City Council approval of an Encroachment and Joint Use Agreement for the installation of a 7’ wood fence on top of a 1’ iron fence within the drainage easement at 808 Jamestown Lane. This agreement will allow the developer to place a fence along the east and west sides of the property. There are no City utilities or infrastructure within this easement. The drainage easement was dedicated to allow for cross lot drainage and the proposed fence will not impede the drainage flow. Staff is requesting City Council to consider the proposed drainage easement encroachment for the proposed improvements to the development at 804 Jamestown Lane.
