approximately 8 acres located at 2185 E. Southlake Blvd., generally located south of E.
Southlake Blvd., west of S. Kimball Ave. and north of S. Village Center Dr.
4. Review, discuss and make recommendations on proposed modification of permitted uses on
Pinnacle Point Ph. II, located at 425 - 455 S. Kimball Avenue.
5. Review and make a recommendation for the proposed Moon Valley Nursery on approximately
11 acres located at 755 Randol Mill Avenue.
6. Review and make recommendations on proposed modification of permitted uses for the
Wheelhouse. development located at 880 — 950 Davis Boulevard.
7. Review, discuss and make recommendations for proposed revisions to the Feedstore BBQ
site on approximately 2.15 acres located at 520 and 530 S. White Chapel Blvd.
8. Adjournment.
