Contract Details
Enhancements to contract
•All brand new commercial grade lighting and
decoration products
•Any wear or deterioration to lighting or décor
shall be replaced at vendor’s expense
•T-Mobile building lighting added
•Color palette for The Marq has been modified to
gold, silver and champagne
•Lighting installation may commence on or after
October 1. Greenery and decoration installation
may commence on or after November 1
