Contract Details Total 5-Year Contract Amount: $1,129,500 Year 1 Contract Amount: $253,000 •City: $121,000 •Kite: $132,000 (reimbursed to City) Previous Annual Amount: $163,372 •City: $$84,772 •Kite: $78,600 (reimbursed to City) Contract Details Enhancements to contract •All brand new commercial grade lighting and decoration products •Any wear or deterioration to lighting or décor shall be replaced at vendor’s expense •T-Mobile building lighting added •Color palette for The Marq has been modified to gold, silver and champagne •Lighting installation may commence on or after October 1.
