STAFF PRESENT: Assistant to the City Manager Major Youngblood, Customer Services Operations Manager Melody Andersen, and Business Manager Madeline Prater. CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: N/A REGULAR AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER. The Alliance for Community Engagement Chair Kristine Kemp called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. Chair Kristine Kemp appointed Renee Thomas as the Acting Secretary. 2. CONSIDER 2A. IDENTIFY WAYS TO ENHANCE CITYWIDE COMMUNICATION Assistant to the City Manager, Major Youngblood presented Item 3C and answered questions from the board. 3D. REVIEW THE PROPOSED MISSION, VISION, AND GOALS FOR SOUTHLAKE'S FUTURE NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAM Assistant to the City Manager, Major Youngblood presented Item 3D and answered questions from the board. Colleen Golestan, 708 Bryan Way, spoke about the mission of the future Neighborhood Program. PUBLIC FORUM Chair Kristine Kemp opened the public forum at 7:03pm. Colleen Golestan, 708 Bryan Way, made a follow-up comment to her initial remark during item 3D. Chair Kristine Kemp closed the public forum at 7:04pm.
