Johnston, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at point in the southerly line of said Lot 28, being S 78050' W, along the said southerly line of Lot 28, a distance of 111.32 feet from an iron pin found at the northeasterly comer of Lot 29-R, Plat Revision of Lots 29-R and 30-R, Jellico Estates, as recorded in Cab. A, Slide 1217, P.R.T.C.T.; Thence Thence Thence Thence Thence Thence N 11 OlD' W, leaving the southerly line of Lot 28, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point; N 78050' E, parallel with the southerly line of said Lot 28, a distance of 291.78 feet to a point; N 41056' 08" E, a distance of 150.66 feet to a point in the westerly line of an existing 15 foot wide utility easement as shown and recorded on the above mentioned plat for Jellico Estates; S 06007' E, along the westerly line of said existing 15 foot wide utility easement, a distance of20.17 feet to a point; S 41056' 08" W, leaving the westerly line of said existing 15 foot wide utility easement, a distance of 142.18 feet to a point in the southerly line of Lot 28; S 78050' W, along the southerly line of said Lot 28, passing the above mentioned iron pin found at the northeasterly comer of Lot 29-R, at a distance of 185.46 feet, and continuing for a total a distance of 296.78 feet to the Point Of Beginning, containing 0.152 acres or 0.6611 square feet of land, more or less.
