Texas, and located at 605 Blair Court, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "RPUD"

for a residential accessory structure on property described as Lot 14R2, Block 1, Loch Meadow Estates,
an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 3057 Loch Meadow Court,
