IDENTIFY THE PROPOSED MISSION, VISION, AND GOALS FOR SOUTHLAKE'S FUTURE NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRAM Assistant to the City Manager Major Youngblood and Customer Services Operations Manager Melody Andersen presented Item 3A and answered questions from the board. Chair Kristine Kemp led the committee members through a Neighborhood Program Planning Workshop as the facilitator. 3B. RESCHEDULE THE MARCH MEETING TO ACCOMMODATE FOR SPRING BREAK Assistant to the City Manager Major Youngblood presented Item 313 and answered questions from the board. PUBLIC FORUM Chair Kristine Kemp opened the public forum at 7:27pm. There being no one wishing to speak, Chair Kristine Kemp closed the public forum at 7:27pm.
