PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA23-0005 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Variance has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 11.5(b), requiring that a front yard be not less than forty (40) feet, on property described as Lot 6, William Martin 1068 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 1829 Our Lane, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas..
