Dear Property Owner:
A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the
City of Southlake.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use, per Ord.
No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(6) for a reduction in the required setback from
property lines for a residential accessory structure on property described as Lot 20,
Block 30, Timarron Addition – Wyndsor Grove, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant
County, Texas, and located at 605 Blair Court, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
Current Zoning: “RPUD” Residential Planned Unit Development
The purpose of this request is for an approximately 2.5’ setback from the side lot line, and
an approximately 6.5’ setback from the rear property line when 10’ is required.
If you wish to register your views on the matter, you may complete and send the enclosed
Notification Response Form to the Planning & Development Services Department. You
are encouraged to follow the requested action through final approval because
changes are often made during the review process.
