1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M.

3. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas
Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and
incorporate herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at
the end of the Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need
arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City
Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
No executive Session was held.

5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 17, 2022.
A motion was made to approve item 5, minutes from the November 17, 2022 Planning
and Zoning Commission meeting.

6. CONSIDER: ZA22-0056 SITE PLAN FOR POSTINO SOUTHLAKE ON
PRPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 2R, BLOCK 4R1, SOUTHLAKE TOWN
SQUARE ADDITION, CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS,
LOCATED AT 1440 & 1460 MAIN STREET, SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS.
CURRENT ZONING: “DT” DOWNTOWN DISTRICT. SPIN NEIGHBORHOOD

Item 6 was formally presented at the November 17 Planning and Zoning meeting, there
were no additions to previous presentation, so applicant declined opportunity to speak.
Director Dennis Killough answered questions from commissioners.
Public Hearing opened by Acting Chairman Foreman. No one. Public Hearing closed.
A motion was made to approve Item 6 subject to the staff report dated December 2,
2022 and site plan review summary #2 dated November 11, 2022 and noting that the
discussion of the restoration of the sidewalk falls to RPAI subject to review by the
Council. Also noting that the murals are subject to review by the Art Council prior to
coming back to Sign Board for approval.
