In Attendance: Councilmember Ronell Smith (Southlake), Kara Carreras (Southlake), Councilmember Leon Leal
(Grapevine), Marjorie Lewis (Grapevine), Angela Walby (Keller), Councilmember George Bond (Colleyville), Amy
Redfearn (Colleyville).
Absent: Devika Seth (Southlake), Sergio Harris (Grapevine), Councilmember Jessica Juarez (Keller), Sayeda Sayed
(Colleyville).
REGULAR SESSION:
1. Call to order at 5:51 pm by Marjorie Lewis

Teen Court staff gave a presentation regarding referral information.
CONSENT AGENDA:
3.Approval of Minutes from November 14, 2022 Meeting.
Motion to approve the minutes made by Leon Leal and seconded by Ronell White. Unanimous approval by
board.
REGULAR AGENDA:
4.Discussion: Scholarship Questions
Motion to approve last year's questions was made by Kara Carreras and seconded by George Bond.
Unanimous approval by board.
5.Discussion: Advisory Board By-Laws
Subcommittee named to examine and update the by-laws at a later date. Subcommittee members are
Marjorie Lewis, Amy Redfearn, and George Bond.
6.Update: Dates to Re member: Next Advisory Board Meeting March 6, 2023 at 5:45pm (Scholarship
interviews).
7.Public Forum: There was no public present at this time.
8.Meeting adjourned at 6:05pm
