Director Killough advised the Commission that the January 19th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting is canceled. Director Killough also advised that the next Corridor Planning Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday January 18th 4. CHAIRMAN COMMENTS None CONSENT AGENDA: 5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 08, 2022. A motion was made to approve items 5 on the consent agenda. Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing and seeing no one closed the public hearing. A motion was made to approve item number 6 ZA22-0059 subject to the staff report dated December 20, 2022, and subject to the plan review summary number 3 dated December 22, 2022. Consider: Ordinance No. 1269, adopting the City of Southlake Consolidated Future Land Use Plan, an element of the Southlake Comprehensive Plan. A motion was made to approve item number 7 Ordinance No. 1269 subject to the memorandum dated December 30, 2022, and also noting the recommendation for approval on the amendment to FM LU-12 River Oaks. Noting that the amendment is for the change of land use to office commercial as well as adding a site-specific recommendation to allow limited retail commercial uses on the lots fronting FM 1709 in keeping with Ordinance No. 480-474 as amended.
