Allen No. 18 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County,
Texas, and located at 2701 W. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, Texas. SPIN
Neighborhood #11.
• Current Zoning: “CS” Community Service District.
• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Site Plan to remove a
previous requirement for a deceleration lane on W. Southlake Blvd. that is
required to be constructed prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for
a finish out of a second floor expansion as a condition of the Site Plan
approved as Case No. ZA14-057.
