ZBA22-0019PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA22-0019 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use, per Ord. No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(6) for a reduction in the required setback from property lines for a residential accessory structure on property described as Lot 9, Block 4, Metairie at Southlake Addition, Tarrant County, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: “TZD” Transition Zoning District. The purpose of this request is to request a 5' rear yard setback for a pergola when 10' is required.
