Patty Moos and the City of Southlake,
I am requesting a variance to the section 5.06 of the Subdivision Ordinance to No. 483 as
amended, requiring a minimum 5-foot-wide residential sidewalk along the street frontage of
1218 Woodsey Court.
Woodsey Court currently has no sidewalks along the street with drainage ditches on both sides of
the street.
