Item 4G - NarrativeOctober 2 1 " 2022 Patty Moos and the City of Southlake, I am requesting a variance to the section 5.06 of the Subdivision Ordinance to No. 483 as amended, requiring a minimum 5-foot-wide residential sidewalk along the street frontage of 1218 Woodsey Court. Woodsey Court currently has no sidewalks along the street with drainage ditches on both sides of the street. Please contact me with any further questions or documentation.
