A motion was made to approve item 6 subject to... the staff report dated November 11,
2022 and the site plan review summary No. 2 dated November 11, 2022, and noting
applicants agreement that screening will remain in place or will be added as necessary
for HVAC and any other mechanical on the roof and also noting the recommendation
that the applicant evaluate the location of kitchen and the interaction of the indoor
dining with the outdoor patio area.
