Dear Patty,
Thank you for the initial package review and comments. Please consider the following comments as it
relates to the request for signage.
Per the rendering package we are requesting two large sets of letters on the building labeled CL1A and
CL2A. The letter sizes and colors are consistent with the adjacent 2 story medical office building that
shares Baylor Scott and White branding. We are requesting that Baylor Scott & White have traffic
exposure from Southlake Boulevard and Tower Boulevard for visitors and patients to easily identify the
building on approach.
Please note that the tenant BS&W will occupy the entire second floor of the MOB.
Tenant 2 – Please refer to Page 8 of 10 of the 601058 IN EXT Southlake Master Sign Plan – Both the signs
CL2A and Cl2B are representative to the space that will be occupied by Tenant 2. The space has not
been leased at the time of the Submittal.
Tenant 3 - Please refer to Page 9 of 10 of the 601058 IN EXT Southlake Master Sign Plan – Sign CL3
representative to the space that will be occupied by Tenant 3. The space has not been leased at the
time of the Submittal.
