Killough 1400 Main Street Suite 310 Southlake, TX 76092 SIGN VARIANCE APPLICATION NARRATIVE RE: Sign Variance Request Dear City of Southlake: Please kindly refer to the attached Signage Variance Application’s Demonstration. There the Southlake Professional Plaza Condominium Association demonstrates each condition is in fact actual to the requested sign variance. The property was recently purchased and is a good representation of Southlake architecture however it is currently saddled with considerable vacancy and shell space. The campus naturally lends itself to featuring a separate monument sign in front 3055 and 3081 respectively and would do so within the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance. Furthermore, an existing approved monument sign is maxed out and does not feature enough panel space or surface area for future tenants.
