WORK SESSION: 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney. No executive Session was held. 3. Recap of City Council’s action and discussion on Planning and Zoning recommended cases; questions were asked. 4. Discuss the upcoming update of the City of Southlake’s Future Land Use Plan. 5. Staff presented an overview and addressed questions on agenda items #7. 6. Adjournment. REGULAR SESSION: 1. CONSIDER: ZA22-0044, FINAL PLAT FOR FERGUSON PLACE ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS TRACTS 1 B4E AND 1B4H, LEONARD LINCOLN SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 981, CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AND LOCATED AT 2589 AND 2593 LONESOME DOVE RD., SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS. CURRENT ZONING: 'I R-PUD" RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT. SPIN NEIGHBORHOOD #2. A motion was made to approve items 5 & 6 together on the consent agenda. CONSIDER: PLAT REVISION FOR LOTS IR-I & IR-2 OF THE BREWER ADDITION, BEING A REVISION OF LOT IR, BREWER ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS. PUBLIC HEARING Item 7 was formally presented in the work session prior to the meeting by Principal Planner , Reagan Rothenberger. Questions were asked of staff. Chairman opened the public hearing. No one came forward to speak during the public hearing. A motion was made to approve item 7 subject to the Staff Report dated September 16, 2022 and the Plat Review Summary No. 1 dated September 16, 2022 noting no variance is being granted for the sidewalk requirements.
