Item 7 - Variance Request August 30, 2022 LETTER OF REQUEST FOR VARIANCE ROM SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE # 483 AS AMENDED IN SECTION 8.01 Ref; MALIK ESTATE CASE # Z CP22- 0037 The variance of the narrower lot width is requested for your kind consideration for reasons cited below. There is a huge open space area, and all residential developed lots are to the North, South & West of the open space area. The open space buffer between the lots was designed as an open space between the lots for the development of the adjacent neighborhood 20 years ago and it has stayed the same since. The variance request lot abuts the open space area The variance request lot is in the rear of the proposed development. The variance request primarily is to align the edge of the lot width with the existing drive entry does not abut the open space area. The variance request does not negatively impact the existing conditions. Therefore, I sincerely request the approval of the variance. Respectfully.
