Property Situation:
The property is located at 1360 N. Kimball Avenue.
Development Details:
A proposed development of a 5,990 sf office building on an approximate 36,600 sf lot located at
1360 N. Kimball Avenue. Office will be a mix of general office and medical office. The proposal
includes an Austin white stone building façade with bronze metal roof and landscaping. The
anticipated construction will start in June 2022 and be completed in Spring 2023.
