Variances Requested
1. Variance to Section 43, Overlay Zones, 43.9.b.1 to allow a 10% reduction
in parking spaces from 36 required spaces to 32 provided spaces.
2.Variance to the Existing Tree Cover Preservation Requirements of the
Tree Preservation Ordinance to allow 9%of the existing tree cover to be
preserved and 91%is proposed to be removed.There is 1.8%of existing
tree cover on the site and a minimum of 70%of the existing tree cover is
required to be preserved.
