FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation:
The property is located at 955 Davis Blvd.
Development Details:
Krystal Clean Car Wash located at 955 Davis Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092, currently runs as a full
service carwash. We are proposing the transition of this site to a flex service car wash that
offers both full service and express service, with the addition of vacuums along the back of the
property to achieve this goal.
The applicant is proposing the upgrades to the lobby and exterior, removing the existing full
service canopy. In order to reduce noise level of the vacuums, the vacuums will be a 68 decibel
vacuum system.
Presentation:
Questions and Concerns:
1. Is this facility located north of W. Continental Blvd.? Yes, it is an existing facility
that will be renovated to include the self-service vacuums.
