To Whom It May Concern,
We are submitting this Letter of Intent from Dallas MTA LP, the owner of the subject
property, for Site Plan Review. This subject property is defined as 25.15 acres of unplatted property
in the J.B. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1134 in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The
location of the property is approximately 900 feet North of W Dove Road, approximately 150 feet
East of State Highway 114, and approximately 22 feet west of Kirkwood Blvd. The existing zoning
district is NR-PUD Mixed Use.
This development will be multiphase, consisting of 3 buildings in the first phase, and 3
buildings in future phases. This will include (5) data centers and an operations building with a total
square footage of 210,700.
