2. Administrative Comments.
3. Review, discuss and make recommendations for the proposed development of a multi -tenant
retail center on an approximately 25.91 acre site located at southeast corner of State Highway
114 and Dove Road.
4. Review, discuss and make recommendations for a proposed mixed use, retirement
community and commercial development on an approximately 7 acre site located at 330 Davis
Blvd.
5. Review, discuss and make recommendations for a proposed industrial development on an
approximately 33 acre site located approximately 1,500 feet to the north/northwest of the
intersection of SH 26 and Mustang Court.
6. Review, discuss and make recommendations for a proposed office development on an
approximately 13.71 acre site located along Kirkwood Blvd., more specifically between
Kirkwood Blvd. and N. White Chapel Boulevard.
7. Review, discuss and make recommendations for proposed renovations and additions to the
St. Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church located at 223 South Pearson Lane.
8. Adjournment.
