This proposed INDOOR dealership would not be a typical franchise dealership since cars would not be stored outside or in the parking area, but rather inside the building with
an indoor showroom due to the value and type of vehicles being offered for sale, which we believe would cater to the Southlake residents and targeted buyers. While the
focus would be exotics like Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, McLaren's, Porsche's, etc. they would also offer "luxury models" for this same clientele such as Range Rovers or
Mercedes, in a limited (not bulk) capacity.
