My suggestion is to remove the detail of the future cost increase, and simply bring the new rate forward when we renew the contract next year. This doesn't negate your ability to increase the rate, and I understand that you will propose anew rate in the future One additional question —can you add a sentence that covers the alternate uniform for the security officers at the Marq? if you have any questions, please just give me a call. Obviously, I did not go into detail on how many times our rates have raised since 2008 but know the City is still currently paying the rate we charged in 2008. I believe what Community Services discussed with you was 107 hours per week, not counting what you already do for Town Hall. Is this something that you can add into a new contract that includes both locations? If so, I can get it reviewed and before Council so that when the Marq opens we are already good to go. Thanks.
