3. Review, discuss and make recommendations for the proposed development of Green Acres
Nursery & Supply on approximately 14.2 acres located at 1963 W. Southlake Blvd.
4. Review and make recommendations for a proposed mixed use, residential and commercial,
development. The proposed development is on approximately 21 acres located at 1835 Shady
Oaks Drive and 400-500 Block of W. SH 114, generally located along the west side of W.
State Highway 114, 1200 feet south of W. Dove Road.
5. Review, discuss and make recommendations on a proposed Continuing Care Retirement
Community located on approximately 22 acres at 300 - 684 Davis Blvd.
6. Adjournment.
