Item 7 was formally presented in the work session prior to the meeting by Principal
Planner , Reagan Rothenberger. Questions were asked of staff. Chairman opened the
public hearing. No one came forward to speak during the public hearing. A motion was
made to approve item 7 subject to the Staff Report dated September 16, 2022 and the
Plat Review Summary No. 1 dated September 16, 2022 noting no variance is being
granted for the sidewalk requirements.
