• Current Zoning: “SF-1A” Single Family Residential District
• Requested Zoning: “SF-1A” Single Family Residential District, “SF-30” Single Family
Residential District.
• Purpose: To seek approval of a zoning change for "SF-30" for a 0.70 acre portion of the
property and concept plan approval for the overall 3.78 acres for 3 single family residential
lots with “SF-1A” & “SF-30” Single Family Residential District zoning.

application. A public hearing will be held by the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission
on September 8, 2022 at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 1400 Main Street,

Change.
