ZBA22-0012 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA22-0012 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use for construction of an accessory building of a size or aggregate size greater than permitted, for property described as Lot 29, Block 3, Vista Trail Addition, located at 708 Overland Trail, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: “SF-20B” Single Family Residential District. The purpose of this request is to approve a Special Exception Use to permit an approximately 140 square foot accessory building. An existing building on the site totaling approximately 600 square feet, encompasses the total permitted accessory building area permitted on the lot. You are encouraged to follow the requested action through final approval because changes are often made during the review process.
