Meeting of the Zoning and Planning
Commission, May 25, 1964
Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM at City Hall. Members of
committee present: L. A. Casey. G. W. Hargadine, chairman,
Howard Hunter, Henry Ridings.
Henry Ridings appointed secretary.
Mr. Bobbie Long presented rezoning request for Mr. C. W. Long,
for 1.69 acres in the southwest corner of Dove and Kimble Roads.
After discussion, the committee reached a decision and the
following is the unanimous decision of the committee:
It is the recommendation of the Zoning and Planning Commission
of the City of Soatblake, Texas, that ]fir. C. W. Long's request
for rezoning beapproved as .follows: Fift" feet from Dove Road
into said property aid fifty feet from Kimble Road into said
property to be rezoned to commercial.
A copy of this recommendation is to be sent to the City Council
and to Mr. C. W. Long. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.

TO THE CITY COUNCIL:
It is the recommendation of the Zoning and Planning Commission
of the City of Southlake that Mr. C. W. Long's regi.test for
rezoning be approved. as follows: Fifty feet from Dove Road into
said property and fifty feet from Kimble Road into said property
to be rezoned to commercial.
