THAT CRI Industrial Development, L.P. ("Owner") does hereby ABANDON, VACATE AND
CLOSE that certain utility and drainage easement dedicated by the plat recorded in Volume 388-12,
Page 20, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and more particularly described by metes and
bounds on Exhibit A. which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
THAT the City of Southlake, Texas, acting pursuant to law and upon the request of Owner, deems
it advisable to abandon the above described utility and drainage easement and is of the opinion that
said easement in not needed for public use and same should be abandoned.

BEING a tract of land situated in the Thomas Easter Survey, Abstract No. 474 and the P.R. Splane Survey,
Abstract No. 1453, Tarrant County, Texas and being in Block A of the Heritage Industrial Park. an
addition to the City of Southlake, recorded in Volume 388-212, Page 20 of the Plat Records of Tarrant
County, Texas (PRTCT) and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a ~-inch iron rod set on the north line of a right-of-way dedication to the Southwestern
& St. Louis Railroad, recorded in Volume 388-212, Page 20, PRTCT, said point also being on the east
boundary line of a tract of land described in deed to W. Ray Wallace, recorded in Volume 5487, Page 293,
